The Itinerary
Casablanca – Rabat – Fes
We pick you up in Casablanca and visit the Hassan II Mosque. We then drive to Rabat to see the Hassan Tower.
Continuing inland, we pass the imperial city of Meknes before arriving in Fes for dinner and overnight stay in a traditional Riad.
Fes – Ifrane – Merzouga
We drive through the Middle Atlas, stopping in Ifrane and the Cedar Forest to see monkeys. We cross the Ziz Valley to reach Merzouga.
Enjoy a sunset camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes and spend the night in a desert camp with music and stars.
Merzouga – Todra – Dades
After sunrise, we visit Rissani market (if available) and drive to the spectacular Todra Gorges canyon.
We continue to the Dades Valley, known for its "Monkey Fingers" rock formations, for dinner and overnight in a hotel.
Dades – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
We visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, famous for movies like Gladiator.
We cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi-n-Tichka pass, arriving in Marrakech in the late afternoon to end the tour.

Does this return to Casablanca?
No, this is a one-way trip ending in Marrakech. You can take a train back to Casa (2.5 hrs) if needed.
Can we start from the airport?
Yes, if you arrive in Casablanca (CMN) before 10:00 AM, we can start immediately.
Is the drive long?
Day 2 involves about 7 hours of driving, but we make frequent stops at scenic spots.
Is the camp private?
Yes, you have a private tent. Luxury camps also include a private bathroom and shower inside.
