The Itinerary
Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Dades
We pick you up at 8:00 AM and drive through the High Atlas Mountains via Tizi-n-Tichka. We visit the famous Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO site.
After lunch, we continue through Ouarzazate and the Valley of Roses. We end the day in the Dades Valley, admiring the rock formations before dinner and an overnight stay.
Dades – Todra – Merzouga Camp
We drive to the Todra Gorges to walk beneath the 300-meter cliffs. We then continue to the Sahara Desert.
Upon arrival in Merzouga, meet your camel caravan and trek across the Erg Chebbi dunes during sunset. Arrive at your camp for a Berber dinner, music around the fire, and a night sleeping under the stars.
Merzouga Discovery – Nomads – Hotel
After sunrise and breakfast, we switch to a 4x4. We visit Khamlia Village to listen to Gnaoua music and visit a nomadic family living in tents.
Enjoy a local lunch (Berber Pizza). The afternoon is free to relax by the pool or walk in the dunes. Dinner and overnight stay will be in a comfortable hotel in Merzouga.
Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Fes
We travel north through the palm-filled Ziz Valley and stop for lunch in Midelt.
Crossing the Middle Atlas, we visit the Cedar Forest of Azrou to see the wild monkeys. We stop briefly in Ifrane before arriving in Fes in the evening, where we drop you off at your accommodation.
